wee999 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

1.1 In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "wee999", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the wee999 platform, accessible at wee999.site, operating under an internationally recognised gaming license.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on wee999 or accesses any service offered through the platform.
• "Platform" means the wee999 website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, promotional tools, and all associated services available at wee999.site.
• "Account" means the registered profile held by an eligible player on the wee999 platform, including the associated PKR wallet.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds that have been deposited by the player and are available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by wee999 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in eligible games before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.

1.3 These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the entire agreement between you and wee999. In the event of any conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

2.1 To be eligible to register and use wee999, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person capable of entering into legally binding agreements under the laws applicable to you;
• Not be on any self-exclusion register maintained by wee999 or any affiliated platform;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of wee999 or its service providers;
• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the platform.

2.2 wee999 reserves the right to request identity documents — including but not limited to a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued Pakistani identification — at any time during a player's account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and may lead to account closure.

2.3 If wee999 discovers that a player is under 21 years of age, all winnings generated by that player will be forfeited, all deposits will be returned where legally and operationally possible, and the account will be permanently closed. wee999 will report the incident to its licensing authority as required.

2.4 By creating an account on wee999, you warrant and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements stated in this Section 2.

3.1 One Account Per Player. Each eligible player may hold only one registered account on wee999. Registering, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. wee999 will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held within them.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. wee999 is not liable for consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. wee999 will never ask you to share your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are valid will be treated as having been performed by you.

3.4 Notification of Compromise. If you suspect that your wee999 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify wee999 support immediately via the live chat function available on the platform. wee999 will investigate and take appropriate protective action as quickly as reasonably possible.

3.5 Account Inactivity. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. wee999 may charge an inactivity fee of PKR 200 per calendar month against the dormant account balance after providing advance notice. Once the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.

4.1 wee999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods:

4.2 All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, pooled accounts, or borrowed accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of withdrawal privileges pending investigation.

4.3 wee999 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not explicitly listed in Clause 4.1. Attempts to deposit via unlisted methods will be returned to the originating account.

4.4 wee999 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply transaction fees independent of wee999, for which wee999 accepts no responsibility.

5.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals may be requested at any time, subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification on your account; (b) fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) no outstanding compliance holds or fraud investigations on your account; and (d) the withdrawal amount meeting the applicable minimum threshold.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amounts. The minimum withdrawal amount via JazzCash and EasyPaisa is PKR 500. The minimum withdrawal via bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast) is PKR 1,000. wee999 reserves the right to adjust minimum withdrawal thresholds with advance notice to players.

5.3 Processing Timeframes. wee999 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 15 to 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within 1 to 4 business hours for bank transfers. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.

5.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, where operationally possible. wee999 may request additional information to facilitate payment method matching as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

5.5 Withdrawal Limits. The maximum withdrawal per single transaction is PKR 500,000. The maximum aggregate withdrawal per 24-hour period is PKR 1,000,000. Higher withdrawal limits may be available to verified VIP tier members by arrangement with the wee999 VIP management team.

5.6 wee999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual withdrawal requests. This may include requesting proof of source of funds documentation. Failure to provide required documentation may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional rewards offered by wee999 are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion alongside these General Terms and Conditions. Where there is a conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Welcome Bonus. The wee999 Welcome Bonus (currently a 100% match on first deposit, up to PKR 10,000) is available to new players only, once per household, once per device, once per IP address, and once per payment method. Minimum qualifying deposit is PKR 500. The bonus and any winnings generated from it carry a 10x wagering requirement and must be used within 7 calendar days of being credited, after which any unused bonus balance and associated winnings are forfeited.

6.3 Wagering Requirements. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be staked in eligible games before withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion: (a) only bets made with the bonus balance count toward wagering; (b) real money bets placed while a bonus is active do not contribute to wagering; (c) all live casino games and slot games are eligible to contribute 100% to wagering unless explicitly excluded; (d) sports bets placed at odds of less than 1.50 (decimal) do not count toward bonus wagering.

6.4 Abuse of Promotions. wee999 monitors bonus activity continuously. Patterns of play that suggest systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to fulfil wagering with minimal variance, placing contradictory bets across markets, or coordinating play across multiple accounts — will result in bonus cancellation, wagering progress reset, and may result in account suspension. wee999's determination of promotional abuse is final.

7.1 RNG Certification. All casino games available on wee999 — including slot titles, virtual table games, and arcade products such as Bird Catcher and West Hunter Bingo — operate on Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and certified by an accredited third-party testing laboratory. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including wee999.

7.2 Returned-to-Player (RTP) Rates. The theoretical RTP percentage for each game is made available on the wee999 platform within each game's information panel. Actual results in any individual session will deviate from the theoretical RTP due to the inherent variance of RNG-based gaming. Published RTP figures are calculated over millions of simulated rounds and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of return in any finite session.

7.3 Technical Failures. The dealer's actions are recorded and logged. Any dispute regarding the outcome of a live dealer round must be raised within 24 hours of the round's completion; disputes raised after this period cannot be investigated due to data retention constraints.

8.1 All sports bets placed on wee999 are subject to the specific sport rules displayed within the betting interface at the time the bet is placed. These General Terms and the sport-specific rules together govern the settlement of all wagers.

8.2 Bet Acceptance. wee999 reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at its sole discretion, including after a bet slip has been submitted, where the odds offered were subject to a manifest error. Where a bet is declined, the stake will be returned in full to the player's Real Money Balance.

8.3 Cricket Betting — PSL and International. Cricket bets are settled based on the official results published by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). In-play bets are settled on the state of the match at the time the event market closes, as determined by wee999's data providers. Matches that are abandoned or reduced in overs without a valid result under the applicable playing conditions may be voided, with stakes returned, unless wee999's specific cricket rules specify otherwise for that market.

8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. The minimum stake per sports bet is PKR 50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed on the bet slip before submission. wee999 may apply individual stake limits to specific player accounts at its discretion.

8.5 Voided Bets. Bets may be voided — with stakes returned — where: an event is cancelled or postponed beyond 24 hours of the original scheduled start; a manifest pricing error is identified; an event cannot be completed due to force majeure; or wee999's data provider fails to supply real-time data for an in-play market.

9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms and Conditions:

• Registering more than one account on wee999 (see Clause 3.1);
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party personal information during registration or KYC;
• Depositing funds obtained from criminal activity, including proceeds of fraud or money laundering;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human means to interact with wee999's platform, games, or betting markets;
• Exploiting software errors, pricing glitches, or game malfunctions — any winnings generated through exploitation of a known error are not valid and will be reversed;
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker game formats to gain an unfair advantage;
• Placing bets on events for which you hold insider knowledge or in connection with any form of match-fixing or spot-fixing;
• Charging back or disputing deposits made to wee999 through your payment provider fraudulently;
• Using the platform to harass, threaten, or abuse wee999 staff or other players in any communication channel;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly illegal under local law, where wee999 has not specifically authorised access.

10.1 wee999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or account compromise;
• Receipt of a payment chargeback or reversal from a player's payment provider;
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction;
• Identification of a self-excluded individual attempting to access the platform;
• Technical or security reasons that require precautionary account restriction.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure. Players who wish to close their wee999 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the wee999 support team via live chat. Any verified Real Money Balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

10.3 Closure of an account by wee999 for breach of these Terms does not release the player from any outstanding obligations, including repayment of any disputed chargebacks or recovery of funds obtained through fraudulent means.

11.2 Available Tools. All registered wee999 players have access to the following responsible gaming tools within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per day, week, or month.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up reminders showing your net session result and time spent.

12.2 By registering an account on wee999, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of your data with third-party service providers involved in payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and gaming software provision.

13.3 The wee999 name, logo, and associated branding elements are registered or unregistered trademarks of wee999. Unauthorised use of wee999 intellectual property in any form is strictly prohibited.

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wee999 shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of gaming enjoyment, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.

14.2 wee999 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or secure. While we invest heavily in platform reliability and security, the nature of internet-based services means that interruptions may occasionally occur.

14.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits wee999's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by wee999; (b) death or personal injury caused by wee999's negligence; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

14.4 wee999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wee999's operating license is held. wee999 operates under an internationally recognised online gaming license; the specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed in wee999's licensing documentation available on request.

15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a player and wee999 regarding any game outcome, promotional matter, or account decision, the following escalation process applies:

16.1 wee999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantively affects player rights, financial obligations, or gaming rules — wee999 will provide at least 14 calendar days' advance notice by publishing the updated terms on the platform and, where contact details are available, notifying players via their registered mobile number or email address.

16.2 Your continued use of the wee999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease use of the platform and request closure of your account before the effective date of the changes.

16.3 Minor editorial amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not substantively alter player rights — may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.
